Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie

2 cups canned pumpkin
12 fluid ounce milk,Evaporated, Nonfat
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cups Splenda Brown Sugar, packed
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 Reduced fat graham cracker pie crusts

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400*

  2. In large bowl, beat with mixer all ingredients until well mixed.

  3. Divide into 2 low fat graham cracker crusts.

  4. Bake approximately 40 minutes or until knife 1 inch from the edge comes out clean
