One-Pie Recipe (Not including crust in analysis)

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie

15 oz. pumpkin
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup sugar
1/8 cup molasses
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie

  1. Sift sugar, cornstarch, salt cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

  2. Mix with contents of can pumpkin

  3. Add eggs-beaten, butter - melted, molasses and milk.

  4. Use 9" pie crust.

  5. Preheat oven to 450. Bake @ 450 for 15 min.

  6. Bake @ 350 for 50 min.
