Baked oatmeal that tastes just like pumpkin pie!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

1 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350-375

  2. Mix together dry ingredients

  3. Blend in butter

  4. Add wet ingredients

  5. Pour into lightly greased bowls

  6. If pumpkin was at room temperature (ie. canned), bake for 15 minutes. If pumpkin was cold (fridge), bake for 25-30 minutes.

  7. Can also add chopped nuts to recipe.
