Pumpkin Pie without dairy or eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie no-dairy

2 cups canned pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
6 1/2 T cornstarch
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. ground cloves
1/2 t. ginger
1 cup unbleached white flour
2 tablespoons unbleached white flour
1/3 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons water
1/2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie no-dairy

Preheat oven to 375. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes or until firm.
