Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Oat Flour *see notes below 1 Scoops Natural Protein Powder (plain whey works great) 1/2 Cup Plain Pureed Pumpkin 1 Tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp Cup Baking Stevia 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda Tsp Sea Salt 2.5 Egg Whites 1/4 Cup Water 3 tbsp Cup Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract Oat Flour Directions - To make oat flour simply take dry oatmeal and blend it until it is flour consistency.

1/2 cup 100% Whole Grain Cereal
1 level scoops ARIA Women's Protein
8 tbsp Pumpkin Butter
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
8 tbsp Egg Whites
0.16 serving taste of inspirations nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pie muffins

  1. Directions:

  2. Preheat oven to 350.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then mix in all wet ingredients. Stir until smooth and blended.

  4. Lightly spray muffin tin with oil (extra virgin olive oil).

  5. Place batter evenly in muffin tins.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes (check them at the 20 minute mark and keep an eye on them for the last 10 minutes).

  7. Remove from the oven, gently remove them from the tin and place on a cooling rack. These are very moist and fragile until they cool.

  8. Once they cool they are firm and yummy! Place in a sealed container.

  9. THIS IS FOR HALF THE RECIPE. ONLY MAKES 6! RECIPE DOUBLED MAKES 12 MUFFINS
