From Kraft web site. Pumpkin pie spice is: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/8 tsp allspice or ground cloves, 1/8 tsp nutmeg.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Minis

255 g tart shells (12 shells)
125 g Light Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie Minis

  1. HEAT oven to 350F.

  2. PLACE tart shells on baking sheet. Mix cream cheese spread, 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1 egg in small bowl with whisk until well blended. Spoon into tart shells.

  3. MIX pumpkin, remaining sugar, egg and spice until well blended. Spoon over cream cheese layers. (Pumpkin layers will not completely cover cream cheese layers.) Sprinkle with nuts.

  4. BAKE 40 min. or until centres are set. Cool completely. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
