1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pie for linda

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into a casserole dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour
