3/4 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tbsp Canola Oil
48 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 serving Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup
