Classic pumpkin pie, not including shell

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin pie (filling)

425 g pumpkin
12 fl oz fat free evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 large eggs

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pie (filling)

Mix sugar with pumpkin pie spices. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar/spices. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into deep dish pie shell. Bake 15 min. at 425 degrees, reduce temp to 350 and bake 45 min more, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
