Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin pie cups sugar free

1/3 c splenda
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
15 oz pumpkin puree
3 large egg whites
1 large egg
12 oz evaporated milk
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for pumpkin pie cups sugar free

  1. In large bowl, with electric mixer at med. speed, beat pumpkin and eggs until mixed well. Slowly add milk & vanilla, mix well.

  2. Add spices and sugar and blend well. Pour into 6oz pryrex cups and bake @ 350 for about 45 minutes or until cooked.
