Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Cake

4 eggs, slightly beaten
29 oz. pumpkin, canned
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 cups evaporated milk
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in an electric mixer. Pour into a greased 14 x 10 inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted butter on top. Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
