Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Bars

1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar, brown
3/4 cup sugar, granulated
3/4 cup butter, light
1 cup oats
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz cheese, cream cheese
2 eggs
2 egg whites
15 oz pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie Bars

Combine flour through butter. Add oats and pecans. Reserve 1 cup; Press remaining mixture in bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
