50 grams Evaporated Milk 2% M.F. Partly Skimmed
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.3 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
10 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie Baked Pudding

  1. Peel, boil and mash pumpkin

  2. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients

  3. Mix the pumpkin into the milky mix

  4. pour into a baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 30 mins

  5. Makes one VERY big serve :)
