1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 
2 tsp baking powder
1 ounce pecans

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin-Pecan-Protein-Pancakes

Mix ingredients. Thin with water if too thick. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking oil spray. Pour batter into heated sprayed pan, cook until bubbles and edges appear dry then flip and cook, until golden brown. I top with a drizzle of wildflower honey and maybe some smart balance light buttery spread, or just eat plain.
