7 1/2 oz pumpkin
1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons granola

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Parfait

  1. mix 1/2 can of canned pumpkin with the yogurt and pumpkin pie spice

  2. layer 1/2 of the pumpkin/yogurt mixture, top with 1 teaspoon granola; add the rest of the mixture and top with rest of granola
