1 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1.5 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg together in a medium bowl. Combine egg, oil, milk and pumpkin in a small bowl. Stir pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients. Leave to stand for five minutes
