Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

1 3/4 cups 2% milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix until just combined

  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter and cook like regular pancakes
