Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

3 cups 2% milk
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
4 cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

Combine wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry to wet gradually while whisking. Cook on a skillet/pan on low-to-medium heat.
