Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

2 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
6 eggs
3 cups pumpkin puree
4 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. melt butter, add sugar

  3. mix ALL remaining ingredients into the dry

  4. cook over med-high heat a 1/4 cup at a time
