Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin pancakes

1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 tablespoon egg white
1/4 cup sugar
50 g splenda
1/2 cup milk
1/8 cup oil
1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons coconut unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. Combine wet ingredients

  3. Mix together.

  4. Cook on griddle or frying pan.

  5. I served it with cool whip instead of syrup!
