Great Fall Pancake. Delicious served with buttermilk syrup.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
2 tbs apple sauce
1/2 c pumpkin

  2. Cook on hot griddle.

  3. Serve.
