Pumpkin pancakes, perfect for fall

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

3/4 c Bisquick
1/3 c 1% lowfat milk
1/2 c pumpkin
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 c water

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Heat griddle to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. When griddle is ready, spray with no stick cooking spray. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto griddle. You may need to use a spoon to help spread out the batter as it is thick. When edges are brown, flip over, cook till done.

  4. Recipe makes 6 pancakes.
