Yummy, healthy pancake, cans sub whole wheat flour too!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

1/3 cup flour
2 tbs Dry oats
2 tbs fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup Almond milk unsweetened
2 tbs Pumpkin canned
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients and then add almond milk and cottage cheese.

  2. Heat pan and spray w/ cooking spray.

  3. Cook pancake until bubbly, the flip!

  4. Serve w/ syrup or Yogurt and fruit!
