2 eggs
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Measure flour into bowl and add other dry ingredients.

  2. Then stir in buttermilk and add the pumpkin. Mix Well.

  3. Make in well heated skillet, until golden brown.
