Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for pumpkin pancakes

  1. combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, allspice, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. in a separate bowl mix together milk pumpkin egg and oil.

  3. add wet ingredients into dry and mix just until combined.

  4. pour 1/4 cup for each pancake onto sprayed griddle pan.

  5. cook until bubbles form and flip.
