4 tbsp oats
3 tbsp white flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
3/4 c skim milk
1/4 c pumpkin
1 tsp smart balance

  1. Mix dry ingredients together

  2. Mix wet ingredients together except Smart Balance

  3. Mix all together

  4. Use smart balance to cook pancakes in frying pan
