1 c flour
2 tbl sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 c milk, 1%
2 tbl canola oil
14 oz pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. mix all ingredients together

  2. spray hot griddle with non-stick cooking spray

  3. spoon by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle

  4. flip when cake starts to bubble
