2 cups bisquick
2 T. light brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp allspice
1/2 cup pumpkin
2 T. vegetable oil
1/2 cup eggbeaters
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pancakes

mix dry ingredients and then stir in the rest and beat well. drop into heated skillet. top with butter and roasted pecans
