Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

1 cup Pumpkin
8 large Egg, White
2 serving Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

Combine all ingredients. Heat skillet on medium. Pour batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip and finish. Enjoy with more pumpkin spice sprinkled on top! Or maple syrup, or honey, or walnuts.
