Delicious vegan pancakes, needs more spices though ;)

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes

1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.67 cup Pumpkin
6 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
12 fl oz Original
1 tablespoons Flax Meal
3 ice cube (3/4 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Mix flax meal together with warm water, set aside. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl then add almond milk, vanilla, pumpkin puree and flax mixture and stir. Cook on an lightly grilled pan or griddle on medium high heat for approximately 4 minutes on each side. Makes approximately 8-10 4-inch pancakes.

  2. More like 2-2.5 minutes per side
