put dry ingredients together first,and then the wet ingredients. batter will be thick, and i use a 1/4 measuring cup to pour batter onto griddle.

2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbls brown sugar
1 tbls white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbls canola oil
2 tbls lemon juice
