1 serving Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla
28 grams Vanilla
56 grams Pumpkin
4 tbsp Egg Substitute
0.25 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pancake Protein Recipe

  1. Mix together 1 scoop protein powder

  2. 2 tbsp vanilla almond milk

  3. 4 tbsp canned pumpkin puree

  4. 1/4 cup liquid egg whites

  5. Pinch of baking powder

  6. 1 tsp of cinnamon

  7. Cook as normal pancakes, but make them SMALL as they are thinner than normal pancakes. Makes 12 tiny pancakes.
