Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Oatmeal

1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Oatmeal

  1. Mix together oats and milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once. (watch closely for boil-over)

  3. Add more milk or oats to achieve the desired consistency, and cook for another 30 seconds.

  4. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.

  5. Heat through, add splenda & any additional spices (to taste) and serve.
