Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Oatmeal

3 cups Water
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup pumpkin, mashed
1 tbsp allspice
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Oatmeal

boil water. add in oats, cover and simmer til cooked, stirring occasionally. add in remaining ingredients. eat.
