light fluffy oatmeal with pumpkin!! yummm!!!

Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin oatmeal

1 c rolled oats
1 c water
3/4 c 1% milk
2 tbs flax seed
1/2 c pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbs splenda
1 banana
1 tbs cinnamon

Recipe Directions for pumpkin oatmeal

  1. carmelize sliced banana in sauce pan

  2. add water, milk, oats, splenda and stir then let cook 4 min.

  3. stir vigorously last min. of cooking. take off heat, blend in pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon and flax.

  4. Enjoy!!
