Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Oatmeal

1/3 c oats or oat bran
1/4 c pumpkin
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp clove
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (sprinkled on top)

I believe you add everything together and prepare oatmeal as usual. She did not list instructions, so it can't be that hard, LOL.
