3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins
1 banana
1 carrot
1 tbsp molasses

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Oatmeal Fruit Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper cases. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients until the dry ingredients are just moist.

  2. Fill muffin cases evenly and bake for 22-25 minutes.
