Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Oat Bran

160 grams oat bran
6 oz soy milk
4 oz almond milk
8 3/5 oz pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Oat Bran

  1. add oat bran and several cups of cold water into a large pot with a pinch of salt. stir well.

  2. turn on heat to low-medium and slowly bring to a simmer. stir oat bran from time to time and add almond milk as needed to keep from sticking.

  3. add a cup of pureed pumpkin or squash and stir well.

  4. add vanilla extract and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cardamom, garam masala...) as desired.

  5. makes 4 generous servings.
