1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Not-Pie

  1. Put pumpkin and egg beaters in a bowl; combine with whisk.

  2. Season to taste.

  3. Cook in the microwave on half power for about 3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

  4. Eat with graham crackers if so desired.
