1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Pumpkin
3 oz Vegetable Oil
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix all wet ingredients. Gradually add the dry ingredients.

  3. Fill muffin tins 1/2 full.

  4. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
