Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

2 cup Pure Pumpkin
353 1/10 grams Gluten Free Baking Flour
0.5 cup Olive Oil
50 grams Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Fat Free Plain
1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Whisk dry ingredients (excluding sugar).

  2. Blend wet ingredients and sugar.

  3. Combine wet and dry until just mixed, bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
