Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

3 cup Muffin Mix
1 1/5 cup Pumpkin
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Add 1.5 Cups water, 1 cup plain canned pumpkin and cinnamon into a small mixing bowl

  2. stir until all dry ingredients are moistened and the pumpkin homogeneous

  3. fill cups about 3/4 full--dont rise much

  4. top with ground cinnamon if desired

  5. bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 for normal muffins, 12-14 mins for mini muffins
