Good for thanksgiving and octoberfest

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

2 cup Sugars, Granulated
1.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 medium Egg, Whole
1.75 cup Pumpkin
3 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, oil, pumpkin, and beat thoroughly

  2. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth

  3. Stir in raisins

  4. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with brown sugar (optional)

  5. Bake at 375 degrees celsius, for 15-20 min
