Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin muffins

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp oil
1 cup pumpkin
1 egg white
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for pumpkin muffins

mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Add together. May add 1/2 cup raisins if desired. Put in muffin cups. 350 degrees 20 minutes
