Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

28 tablespoons Egg Whites
0.75 cup Pumpkin
0.75 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1.5 serving MaxPro Chocolate Protein Shake
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg
18 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend well until smooth throughout. Pour in sprayed pan (be careful they stick). Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
