Combine 1st 6 ingredients and then combine the next 6 ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients and then add choc chips. Bake in muffin tins for 15-20 minutes at 350.

1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chips
