Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

1 3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients together. Slightly beat eggs by hand prior to adding. Divide into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
