Delicious low calorie muffins. You can change up this recipe by replacing the pumkin with mashed bananas, or use blueberries, the possibilities are endless!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin muffins

3/4 cup fat free yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin muffins

Mix all ingredients together. Fill evenly among 18 lined muffin tins and bake at 375 about 20 mintes.
