Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin muffins

250 g flour
50 g bran
1 c sugar
125 ml oil
3 eggs
12 1/2 ml baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
400 g pumpkin
1 c raisins
1/2 c apple sauce

Recipe Directions for pumpkin muffins

  1. Heat over to 350. Using a spray, grease muffin tray or use papers

  2. Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Add bran and leave to soak while assembling other ingredients.

  3. blend pumpkin and apple sauce together.

  4. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda into a large bowl.

  5. Fold wet ingredients into dry.

  6. Bake until brown on top
