Pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips and walnuts.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
4 tblsp sugar
1/3 c brown sugar
1 c pumpkin
1 large egg
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tblsp unsalted butter
1/3 c chocolate chips
1/3 c walnuts

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Mix all together.

  2. Spoon into 10 muffun cups.

  3. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
